Tom Greene is a passionate and talented realtor with over three decades of experience, deep Main Line roots, and career sales over $130-million in the greater Philadelphia area. 

 

He has sold homes of all sorts, from historical, traditional, investment to new construction, custom homes, land sales and development; just ask him to share.

For Buyers of new homes, I research homesites and developments that work for your style and needs. I assess the value and timing of delivery for your schedule. I am an advocate throughout construction and delivery, and you can trust my understanding of the development and building process for your benefit.

 

For Buyers of existing homes, my time is initially focused on your needs for location and budget as you request. Once we have a plan, we may attend open houses and when you find that home for you, I will advise you as best I can in pricing and generating the offer in preparation for delivery, and I will seriously sell your offer as needed for the Seller to consider.

 

For Sellers of homes, your home is maybe your greatest asset and I understand that it needs to be sold for the highest amount available through one or multiple offers as it turns out. It is my role to assist you in seeing the difference between offers like this; $300k with 10% down and 6 weeks for settlement, as opposed to $320k with FHA program with $5% down and subject to inspections and 2-3 months settlement. One deal may be better or worse depending on your needs and wishes. Advice in the moment is critically important when a deal is presented.

Beyond this, I have a construction background and renovation experience so I have extensive knowledge for sellers in making decisions on improvements, hiring contractors, and what not to do at all in terms of “over-improving”.

For Investors of Land or Flipping Homes or Rental Property including Apartment Buildings, I bring to the table new product, unlisted products, and sometimes special opportunities that may or may not be formally listed by me or another broker. These kinds of properties are specially handled by experienced agents. I have located and sold all of these during my career.
